Hi ! I’m Vincent Mougammadoussane, yes I know, I have a pretty long last name.
I'm a product manager. In a nutshell, my role is to align customer needs with larger business objectives to define and build the perfect product that fulfills them. To achieve that goal, I must act as a team player, gathering diverse experts together to turn a vision into reality.
In a fast changing world, my job requires to act as a tech evangelist by spreading complex ideas and concepts with simple words and figures to smoothen digital innovation
I must master the "why" -the higher purpose that inspires the company- and the "how" of the development team to help them overcome challenges for the sake of building the perfect "what": an impactful product delivering the best customer value.
To fulfil my role, I must bridge the gap between business,technology and UX. While I focus on crafting the right product by understanding user needs, I rely on engineers to ensure the product is developed right.
In an Agile context, I am able to support the development team by defining features, managing a product backlog, writing and prioritizing user stories to ensure iterative and effective product delivery
I believe in data-driven mindset, that's why I use metrics and insights to drive team performance and define what success means.
I also believe in cookies & smiles to encourage team spirit and help achieve business milestones with a collaborative approach!
My mantra is to Think Big and Dive Deep, I believe great things can be achieved if you don't set limits to your dreams and if your are willingful to get your hands dirty.
